Subscriptions and one-off services are non-returnable. You may cancel your subscription, but no refunds will be paid on any remaining subscription period. An internet connection is required to use and manage your subscription. Without an internet connection, your software may stop running. Subscription pricing is subject to change, with new pricing taking effect upon renewal. By upgrading to a chosen Subscription, you consent to use the Services before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right to withdraw within this period cannot be exercised.
If you are a new user, we may provide a 14-day money-back guarantee, applicable only once. Subsequent subscriptions do not qualify for this guarantee.
Monthly subscriptions for our Web App are available at the price indicated on our site. Your subscription starts upon payment receipt and continues for 30 days, auto-renewing at the end of each period. To avoid renewal, cancel your subscription before the end of the current term.
Quarterly subscriptions for our Web App are available at the price indicated on our site. Your subscription starts upon payment receipt and continues for 90 days, auto-renewing at the end of each period. To avoid renewal, cancel your subscription before the end of the current term.
Annual subscriptions for our Web App are available at the price indicated on our site. Your subscription starts upon payment receipt and continues for one year, auto-renewing at the end of each period. To avoid renewal, cancel your subscription before the end of the current term.
One-off services, such as proofreading, start after we receive your payment. Valid payment methods must be used. By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method. If your payment cannot be verified, your order may be suspended or canceled.
Subscription prices do not include third-party fees, such as internet access or data charges. You are responsible for these additional costs.
We may change subscription prices and add new fees with advance notice. Price increases will not apply until your current billing cycle ends. If you do not agree to the new prices, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
